Shopping on Clarins.co.uk: an overview

1. Find your products. This can be done through our site navigation, search engine, product finder or 'Your Skin Care Planner'.
 
  2. Add the product to your shopping bag. Select the number of products you'd like to order and click the "Add to bag" icon. A window will appear confirming that the product has been added. You can then continue shopping and browsing the site. To view the contents of your shopping bag, click "View my  shopping bag." (Note that the site limits orders to 3 pieces of any one product and a maximum value of £400.)
 
  3. View your shopping bag. You can access this at any time by clicking the "shopping bag" icon at the top right of every page. Here, you can modify quantities and add or delete items. You can also select from a range of complimentary samples to add at no extra cost.
 
 4. Place your order.

Product categories

Clarins products are divided into 6 main areas: Face, Body, Sun, Make-Up, Fragrance and ClarinsMen. Use the Product Filters on select pages to narrow the list of products and highlight the ones that best suit your needs.

Product Finder

The "product finder" tool in your personal Clarins & Me area enables you to search for products according to your personal skin care needs and allows you to add these products to your favourites.

Search

To search by product name or feature, simply enter one or more keywords into the search box on the bottom right of the screen. The list of products matching your search will then be displayed.

Personal Skin Care Planner

Register for Clarins & Me to access your personal skin care planner and find the products that best suit your needs.

Product availability

All products on Clarins.co.uk are available for sale in the UK. If an item is out of stock, you will not be able to add it to your bag but it may be available in a store near you.
If a product(s) becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we will notify you by email. We will only charge you for the products you receive.

Special offers

Special offers will be available in the "what's new" and "Gifts & Sets"sections of the site, including box sets, gift ideas and special Internet offers. "Compose your vanity" will allow you to make up your own vanity case by choosing products from a pre-selected list and create your personalized beauty program.
