Payment options

We accept payment online using the following credit and debit cards only: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, JCB, UK Maestro and Solo.



Security and confidentiality

Personal information and payment data are protected and encrypted (SSL mode). Payment information is never stored and is transmitted securely.



Order tracking

Confirmation of your order
You will receive an email from Clarins after your order is received. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours please contact consumer services.

Packaging and shipping
Your order will take between 4 and 6 working days to arrive.

Tracking your order
You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your order is shipped, containing tracking information for your package. If you have a Clarins & Me registration, you can track the status of your order from your own personal area by clicking on 'My Orders'.



Order history

As a registered member of Clarins & Me you can view your past purchases by clicking on 'My Orders'. The order history also enables you to shop from a previous order for faster access. 



Packaging options

We now offer a complementary gift wrapping service.
You can also add a personal message, which will be placed on a Clarins gift card.



Samples

Don't forget your complimentary samples! In the shopping basket you can choose one or more samples from a list of products. Sorry, we cannot send samples to customers without an order being placed. Samples may be available at a Clarins counter near you.
