· Hydrate from the inside.
Drink at least eight glasses of water a day (and more in the Summer to compensate for water lost by perspiration).  Avoid soft drinks high in sugar and caffeinated beverages which can be dehydrating. 
 
· Exfoliate.
This helps skin breathe and encourages the absorption of moisturising products applied afterwards.  Remember to also exfoliate hands and feet!  
 
· Customised moisture:
-For age-control moisturisation, use Renew-Plus Body Serum.
-To intenseIy moisturise very dry skin  Moisture-Rich Body Lotion.
-To moisturise in a hurry, use Energizing Hydra-Wear Express Body Lotion.
-For the added benefit of essential oils use Toning or Relaxing Body Balm.
-For moisturising with fragrance, use  Eau Ressourçante Moisturising Body Lotion ,  Eau Ressourçante Silky-Smooth Body Cream or Eau Dynamisante Moisturising Body Lotion.
-For hands, use Hand and Nail Treatment Cream or  Age-Control Hand Lotion.



· Go Gently.
Avoid harsh products and always treat skin gently.
 
· Balance.
Avoid overheated environments, excessive air-conditioning and long, hot baths.

· How often should I exfoliate?
As a general rule, exfoliating between once or twice a week.  Twice is super-beneficial if your skin is really dry or dehydrated. By removing dead surface skin cells, exfoliating leaves the skin softer, smoother, more receptive to the products applied afterwards. And since exfoliating stimulates cellular renewal, the skin also becomes progressively firmer. » see more
